My first real experience with Haka was from the movie Forever Strong. Of course I have watched Rugby but i never really had understanding of what it represented to the Maori culture. The movie had a very simple explanation and as a life long martial artist who loved the peace I found in Kata, this interested me immensely – so i started doing some research and watched a bunch of videos. What a great tradition; i am glad it's still practiced and expanding today. Much respect!
